We are hiring a Specialty Coffee Barista with a workload of at least 50% and a fixed monthly wage for our Eigerplatz café, to begin in June. The workload varies a little bit depending on the season – we are busiest during summer months. You prepare coffee beverages, take orders from our customers, advise them on our product range. You work together with one other barista or by yourself. Perhaps you help out at the roastery every now and then to pack orders for our online store. Depending on your experience, you may take additional responsibility in one area or another. Fluency in German/Swiss German is required.

We are looking for an experienced production roaster with a lot of know-how and skills in the area of specialty coffee. You roast specialty coffee and you are part of a small team that develops new roast profiles. You also help with other work at the roastery and you work shifts as a barista at our coffee shop as well. Experience in specialty coffee roasting as well as reliability are key requirements. You are fluent in Swiss German/German or English, not necessarily both, although that would be an advantage.
