Our El Salvador Chalatenango originates from a microlot at the El Cedro Farm from José Angelino Landaverde in the countryside of El Salvador. The Pacamara variety – typical for El Salvador – is a natural mutation of Bourbon. Roasted lightly, it offers a great variety of flavors.
