For the perfect Matcha Latte all that's needed is high quality matcha powder, finely foamed milk or an alternative - we recommend oat milk - and ideally a matcha whisk (alternatively use a small spoon). Depending on your preferences add a little bit of sugar. The matcha sprinkles of freshness. It should be avoided to burn the matcha powder by adding very hot water, we recommend 80°C. Alternatively, the matcha powder can be used to make traditional green tea instead of Matcha Latte.
