Barista Carl's Blend (BCB) is a liquid made of non-toxic, readily degradable ingredients which, when mixed with water, can be used to imitate milk for frothing and pouring latte art.

Whether you're a barista who wants to improve their latte art skills, you're preparing for the next latte art championships or you're an aspiring home barista who wants to pour pretty lattes, BCB is a great tool to practice. In order to reduce our carbon footprint and waste less milk, we use BCB to train new baristas as well as for our Latte Art Courses. A single 30 ml bottle replaces up to 20 liters of milk and will be enough to make around 200 practice cappuccinos.

This innovative product is made in Canada. In Switzerland, it is distributed by the national 2023 Latte Art Champion Dario Pieber. The label of the Swiss version of BCB therefore shows his name and logo. Although it does not expire and can still be used well after that, we recommend you use your BCB within a year after purchase for best results. Do not consume.
