Deadline on Mondays
Orders – whether they contain coffee, equipment or other items – are usually processed and shipped on Wednesdays. Our order deadline for an order to be processed on Wednesday is the Monday before – if all ordered articles are in stock.
Delivery times are displayed in our online store for each article. This information is very reliable. However, it is not possible to avoid stock discrepancies completely. Therefore, delays in shipping can occur in very rare occasions.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is conducted by the Swiss Post. Orders are shipped with PostPac Priority or PostPac Economy and in 99% of cases with a tracking number.
Shipping within Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
PostPac Economy up to 2kg: CHF 7.00
PostPac Priority up to 2kg: CHF 9.00

International
We ship to most countries in the world. The prices for delivery to an address outside of Switzerland are automatically calculated during the checkout process and depend on the country and/or region of your delivery address and the weight of the shipment. Your order is shipped with a tracking number in most cases.
Please note that taxes, customs and handling fees are likely to be charged by the authorities or freight companies in the destination country. These costs are not included in the price we charge and we do not take responsibility for these.
International express shipping is usually carried out by FedEx and is delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch in most countries. Please note that we usually usually split shipments heavier than 10kg into multiple packages weighing max. 10kg each. These packages will be sent as separate shipments as this allows us to offer you the lowest possible shipping costs. For example, if you order goods with a total weight of 18kg, we will create two separate shipments of 8-10kg each. This may mean that you have to pay customs duty on the two shipments separately. For easier customs clearance, read the following section on DDP shipping.
DDP Shipping
If you want to avoid unexpected costs related to customs, we offer customs-cleared shipping options (DDP, «duties & taxes paid»). This means you will not have to expect any additional costs for customs handling – duties, customs fees and taxes are included in the DDP shipping costs. For this reason, DDP shipping is obviously quite a bite more expensive than regular shipping. With DDP shipping, you do not have to worry about imports and customs-clearing – and you often end up with less costs this way compared to handling import yourself.
