Deadline on Mondays
All orders – whether they contain coffee, equipment or other items – are usually processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders received until Monday are therefore shipped on Tuesday and Wednesday, if in stock.
Delivery times are displayed in our online store for each article. This information is very reliable. However, it is not possible to avoid stock discrepancies completely. Therefore, delays in shipping can occur in rare occasions.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is conducted by the Swiss Post. All orders are shipped with PostPac Priority and in 99% of cases with a tracking number.

We ship to most countries in the world. The prices for delivery to an address outside of Switzerland are automatically calculated during the checkout process and depend on the country and/or region of your delivery address and the weight of the shipment. Shipping is usually conducted with tracking, however, for some countries we offer a cheaper shipping option without tracking for orders below 2kg.
Please note that taxes, customs and handling fees are likely to be charged by the authorities or freight companies in the destination country. These costs are not included in the price we charge and we do not take responsibility for these. If you want to avoid unexpected costs, we offer customs-cleared shipping with DHL to some countries.
