Let yourself be surprised by this pair. The Rio Sinu cocoa arrives from Colombia to Europe by sailing ship «Tres Hombres». It is roasted at laflor, conched and processed into the typical laflor chocolate bars.
laflor have now added a pinch of salt to it from the saltworks in Bex in the canton of Vaud. The coarseness of the alpine salt gives the chocolate an exciting, playful note.
