Cuppings are an indispensable tool to taste and evaluate coffee. A cupping spoon is a simple thing and you could actually use any spoon for a cupping. Washing Instructions:

Do not scrub the spoons with rough surfaces such as steel wool sponges!

The spoons are dishwasher safe, however, hand washing with mild dishwashing soap and water is recommended. Wipe spoons dry with a microfiber cloth after washing. High-acidity detergents and bleach may damage the spoons. Cleaner/polish agent and water with a high salt concentration may discolor the spoons.
