The FAST DISC 63 is a circular 63mm coffee filter suitable for immersion and press coffee makers, for example the Aeropress, and Moka pots. It is made by Sibarist using the SIBARIST FAST Specialty Coffee Filter technology.

The FAST technology provides high permeability filtration offering greater flow and fast extraction. A main upgrade is the full control over the flow when pressing, which allows you to explore new recipes and grind profiles (ultra fine), offering high extractions and full-bodied, yet clean cups of coffee with the characteristic FAST technology silky mouthfeel.

The FAST DISC can be also used with moka pots (3-6 cups) to provide cleaner cups free from sediments, with better coffee puck yield, improved flow, and more even and higher extractions at the same grind settings.

Sibarist paper filters are available in various designs and sizes, most of which we carry in our range. These filters are made in Spain near Barcelona by a coffee startup. They are made of 100% organic materials (abaca and pine fibers) and can thus be disposed along with your used coffee grounds in the organic waste or compost bin. The sealed packaging (with zipper, like our coffee bags) guarantees optimal conservation of the filters and prevents contamination from suspended particles and therefore flavors from being absorbed.
